The first step is a quick discovery call. This lets us understand your business, your goals, and whether we are a good fit. After the call, we send you a clear proposal through Ignition with full scope, pricing, timelines, and terms.
We take a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining 50% is paid after we deliver your first round of edits. This keeps things fair and transparent for both sides. All payments are handled securely through Ignition, where you can also review your agreement at any time.
Your shoot is only confirmed once the deposit is paid and the proposal is signed through Ignition. Until then, dates are not held.

We do not guarantee specific sales or lead numbers, as performance depends on factors outside our control such as ad spend, offer strength, market demand, and how the content is used.
